1)Advertising campaign planning.
We co-operate with you to set up the best advertising campaign to spread the word about your event and see to all the stages leading up to its implementation.
2)Equipment for rent.
We rent audiovisuals, lighting and safety equipment and any computer system required.
3)Fittings.
The exhibition areas must be fitted to suit any kind of event. Our mission is to design and customise each event, so it can fulfil the organisers’ expectations. We own stands and tensile structures to suit any need.
4)Hostess and interpreting services.
We put special effort in the selection of our staff, confident as we are that these services as essential to the quality of any fair or exhibition.
4.1)Hostesses.
All our hostesses are very experienced in reception, secretarial services and assistance in the exhibition rooms; all of them speak at least two languages and can provide their services either in Italian or in a foreign language with no effort.
4.2)Interpreters.
Our interpreters, all of whom have a degree in Interpreting and Translation and/or are native speakers, can assist the participants at each negotiating stage and translate into all the main European and Oriental languages.
5)Back-up services.
We supply logistic back-up services, including reserved parking, temporary telephone systems, day and night watch, toilet rental, cleaning services, etc.
6)Press contacts.
We manage relationships with the press, arrange press conferences and draw up press releases.
